In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Helios Biocred Private Limited, and “you” means the person placing an order or using this website.
2 · Using this website
You may use this website to browse products, read our content and place orders for your own use or as a gift. You may not use it to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy content for commercial purposes, or in any way that interferes with its operation.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our products are formulated for adults.
3 · Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch — not when you receive an order acknowledgement, and not when payment is taken.
We may decline an order where a product is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, where delivery to your address is not possible, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. Where we decline an order after payment, we refund in full.
4 · Pricing, taxes and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes. The MRP shown is the maximum retail price. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm the order.
Payment is taken at the time of the order, or on delivery where cash on delivery is selected and available.
If we discover a material pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming at the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the higher amount.
5 · Subscriptions
- A subscription delivers your chosen pack automatically at the interval you select, at the subscription price.
- You are charged each time an order ships, not in advance for the whole term.
- There is no minimum term. You may pause, delay, change or cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us, and there is no cancellation fee.
- We will notify you before each renewal charge.
- If we change the subscription price we will tell you before it applies, and you may cancel.
6 · Delivery
See the <a href="” style=”border-bottom:1px solid”>Shipping Policy. In summary: typically 2–5 working days across most of India, free over ₹999, and every order ships with at least 45 days of shelf life remaining or 30% of total shelf life, whichever is the shorter.
7 · Returns and cancellation
See the <a href="” style=”border-bottom:1px solid”>Refund & Return Policy. In summary: you may cancel any order before dispatch. Sealed consumables cannot be returned for change of mind once opened, but damaged, incorrect or short-dated deliveries are replaced or refunded in full.
8 · Product information and claims
Our products are health supplements. They are not for medicinal use, are not a substitute for a varied diet, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, disorder or condition.
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Information about ingredients is provided so you can make an informed decision, not so you can self-diagnose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or taking prescription medication, consult a qualified medical practitioner before use.
We take care that product information matches the physical pack. Where you believe there is a discrepancy, tell us and we will correct it.
9 · Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, illustrations, layout, and the 3basics name and marks — belongs to Helios Biocred Private Limited or is used under licence. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial parts, or use our name or marks, without written permission.
10 · Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
11 · Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the appropriate consumer forum, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
Please contact our Grievance Officer first. Most things can be sorted out without any of this.
12 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
