Our products are health supplements as defined under the Food Safety and Standards (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose and Prebiotic and Probiotic Food) Regulations.

No product sold on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, disorder or condition. Nothing written on this website — product pages, guides, white papers, our replies to your messages — constitutes medical advice, and it should not be used as a substitute for consulting a qualified medical practitioner.
If you have a diagnosed condition, are taking prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18, speak to a doctor before taking any supplement.
We will not tell you whether a product will help with a specific condition. Not because we are being unhelpful, but because we are not qualified to and Indian law is clear that it is not our place.
3 · Individual results
Nutritional requirements vary between individuals according to diet, age, lifestyle, health status and much else. Anything anyone reports about their own experience is theirs, not a prediction of yours.
We publish expected timelines on our product pages to set honest expectations about how long a course takes, not to promise an outcome.
4 · Website content
We take care that the information here is accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. But content is provided for general information, may be updated without notice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision about your health.
Product information should match the physical pack. If you find a discrepancy, please tell us — we will correct it and we would rather know.
5 · Research references
Where we reference research, we are referencing studies on individual ingredients at comparable doses. These are not studies on our finished products, and we say so next to the claim rather than in a footnote.
Where a mechanism is supported only by laboratory or animal work and has not been demonstrated in human trials, we say that too, on the page. We would rather lose the sale than imply an evidence base we do not have.
6 · Testimonials and reviews
Reviews are the genuine opinions of the people who wrote them and describe their own experience. They are not claims by us, and no individual experience predicts yours.
Where a reviewer received product free or at a discount, that is disclosed on the review itself, in the same size type. Where a review makes a health claim we could not lawfully make ourselves, we cannot publish it as written.
