Vitamin D3 supports the normal absorption of calcium from the diet. Vitamin K2 is included to support the proteins that help direct that absorbed calcium toward bone and teeth, rather than leaving it circulating.
Shake well, then spray once under the tongue or against the inside of the cheek and hold for about 20 seconds before swallowing. Can be used at any time of day, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
Some Vitamin D products are taken as a large, infrequent dose, generally prescribed by a doctor for a specific measured need. This spray is formulated to provide a smaller, steady daily amount as part of an ongoing maintenance routine. If you are already on a prescribed high-dose product, follow your doctor’s advice.
Share the full ingredient list with your doctor or pharmacist before combining with other medicines, particularly blood-thinning medication, as Vitamin K2 may interact with these. Check for overlapping ingredients when using other supplements.
